Flor-Mari Crisostomo is a dynamic force in the worlds of hospitality, event production, and community building. Her diverse career spans roles as a marriage and family therapist, biomedical researcher, and caterer. Flor-Mari has seamlessly combined her passion for food, creativity, and connection into thriving businesses, including Iris and Poppy Kitchen and the pandemic-born Picnic with Me Seattle.

A natural visionary, she transforms ideas into unforgettable experiences, whether through curated dining pop-ups or bespoke events. Her expertise in crafting memorable moments is rooted in her ability to cultivate joy and connection, bringing people together through food and fun.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Flor-Mari is a Ph.D. candidate with a focus on criminal behavior. She also serves as a facilitator for Awareness, Courage, and Love, a global movement dedicated to creating connections through deep and meaningful conversations. Her love for understanding human dynamics extends to her favorite shows, like Criminal Minds, and the podcast Crime Junkie.

A devoted mother of two amazing adults, she finds inspiration in cuisines from around the world and counts a classic tuna melt or an egg salad sandwich—and a side of potato chips—as her go-to comfort meal. Now based in San Francisco, Flor-Mari believes that meaningful moments and shared experiences have the power to connect and transform lives.

Dr. Amy Day, ND

Dr. Amy Day is a women’s health and hormone expert who has been at the forefront of the natural women’s health movement since 2004 when she received the 4th Naturopathic Doctor license in the state of California. 

She is a sought-after speaker and is the founder and clinic director of The Women’s Vitality Center, a virtual concierge-style practice based out of Oakland, CA. Using a unique approach called The VITAL Method her team offers compassionate care that combines lifestyle counseling, functional lab testing, nutritional supplements and bioidentical hormones to help women+ feel great in and about their bodies, and stay vital throughout all stages of life.

Valerie Tookes

Valerie Tookes is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness coach who believes that you, trusting your body’s deepest wisdom, equals true health. As lead coach at The Women’s Vitality Center, she has devoted her life to helping women transform their world by changing the way that they see and talk to the woman in the mirror. She is also a faculty member in the Open Source Wellness coach training program.

One client described her time in coaching as “priceless,” while another declared Valerie’s encouragement as “allowing her to step outside of her comfort zone and begin to live a healthier lifestyle.” She holds degrees from Florida State University, University of Oregon and the California Institute for Integral Studies as well as a wide variety of coaching certifications.

Mia Velez

Mia Velez (she), E-RYT 500, believes that teaching is a privilege and learning is a reciprocal process between student and teacher. She teaches Ving Tsun Kung Fu, offers yoga to incarcerated men, and stress management techniques to new parents. After completing her first 200-hour teacher training in 2008, she began to see undeniable parallels in Yoga and Kung Fu.  Her goal in teaching is to connect with the students and to facilitate a safe space for exploration and self-inquiry.  She is a teacher trainer, a mentor and DEI Coordinator at Integral Yoga Institute. 

Her goal in her life’s work is to liberate herself and others from oppressive conditioning so she and others can live harmoniously with Nature/ Great Mystery/ The Source/ God/ Tao, or any other name one uses to articulate the thing that makes things so. Kung Fu and Yoga are integrated into her daily life as a healer, a householder, a preschool teacher, and an advocate for gender, race and class equity through multiple organizations. Her wish is for people to awaken to their true purpose in this life.

Jessica Chilvers Long

Jessica Chilvers Long is a holistic health coach specializing in perimenopause, a Pilates instructor and a long-time health nut here to help midlife women feel informed, connected and badass during this wild stage of life. She has healed gut and skin issues through nutrition and alleviated a long list of perimenopause symptoms through diet and lifestyle changes – and she wants to help you do the same. She is passionate about sharing information so you can make intelligent choices for yourself and feel less alone while doing so. She is a UCLA grad, Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach grad, IIN Advanced Hormone Health grad, a certified menopause coaching specialist and host of the podcast Belong Wellness – where midlife women belong. 

Lily Panyacosit

Lily is a clinical herbalist, conscious embodied leadership coach, and energy healer who bridges the wisdom of ancestral plant medicine with modern wellness practices. With a background in environmental health science, energy medicine, and holistic coaching, Lily empowers individuals to navigate life’s transitions—including menopause—with greater resilience, vitality, and ease.

Lily’s journey into healing was shaped by her own experiences as a caregiver, mother, and seeker of deep-rooted wellness. After witnessing firsthand how stress, nourishment, and emotional well-being profoundly impact the body, she immersed herself in herbalism, Reiki, and the Akashic Records as tools for transformation. She specializes in working with plants and energetic practices to support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and longevity.

With a deep reverence for nature’s intelligence and the body’s innate wisdom, Lily’s work invites women to reconnect with their bodies, embrace this life stage with confidence, and thrive in their full power.

Becca Mehling

Coach Becca is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, USA Weightlifting (L2) advanced sport coach, and functional movement expert with over 10 years of experience. As a dedicated personal trainer, she understands that one size does not fit all. She leans on her education to create programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each person. Whether it's improving strength or simply feeling better and healthier, she is committed to guiding clients toward success with safe, effective, and evidence-based training methods.

With a strong passion for women's health, Coach Becca specializes in strength training for women in perimenopause and menopause. She recognizes the significant hormonal shifts that occur during this stage of life and the critical role strength training plays in maintaining bone density, muscle mass, and overall well-being.

Coach Becca’s expertise in functional movement and strength training helps clients of all ages and fitness levels improve their overall health, mobility, and functionality. She understands that healthy living is not just about working out, but also about emotional and mental health. Her approach is all about balance and sustainability, making movement a natural part of one’s lifestyle. With a focus on education, safety, and results, Coach Becca is dedicated to empowering clients to live their best lives and maintain functional movement for a lifetime.

Maryzelle Ungo

Maryzelle is a Salvadoran musician, sound bath facilitator, and cacao ceremony facilitator based in the Bay Area. Sound saved her life during her youth, offering refuge and guidance through the most challenging times. Since then, she has dedicated her life to sharing the healing power of sound and music, creating transformative experiences for diverse communities through immersive sound baths and ceremonies. In addition to sound healing, Maryzelle serves cacao ceremonies as a way to honor and connect with her ancestral heritage. Drawing from her Salvadoran bloodline and indigenous traditions, she integrates the sacred ritual of cacao into her offerings to help others reconnect with their roots, deepen their spiritual connection, and receive guidance from the wisdom of the plant. Through this work, she honors the nurturing embrace of Mother Earth and the teachings of her ancestors, creating a space for healing and self-discovery. You can find Maryzelle at The Center SF where she is the Resident Sound Healer and has been hosting sound baths there for five years. Additionally, she has worked with UCSF Hospital, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and the City of San Francisco (City Hall), bringing sound baths and sound therapy to the community, including underserved groups such as veterans (a project she created for sound therapy to help those with PTSD), trauma recovery, addiction recovery, and more.

Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT

Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT, a distinguished figure in women’s pelvic health, brings over 15 years of experience to her practice and advocacy efforts. With a background in dance from the California Institute of the Arts and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, she possesses a unique blend of expertise.

As the founder of Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy, Tanya specializes in addressing a wide range of pelvic health issues, including those related to pregnancy, postpartum care, menopause, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, and sexual health. She extends her influence beyond clinical practice, serving as a recognized speaker on these topics and providing guidance to organizations like Evernow, focused on menopause care, and Blossom Birth and Family, a nonprofit supporting women and families in the Bay Area.

Tanya is also a member of the medical board for Hot Pause Health, a fast-growing community dedicated to empowering women through their peri/menopause journeys. In this role, she contributes her expertise to advancing education and support for women navigating this transformative stage of life.

Through her comprehensive approach and dedication to education and innovation, Tanya Goodrich continues to make significant contributions to improving women’s pelvic health and well-being. Tanya was recently featured in Maria Shriver’s Sunday Paper as an “Architect of Change” for women’s health.
